Loveland Colorado Museums  Loveland has three museums. Two of the museums are on the subjects of the history of the town and it's agricultural background. Loveland is also the home of the Colorado Computer Museum. This is Loveland's most complete list of area and state museums. Loveland Museums

Colorado Computer Museum. Located at 1241 W. 8th St the Colorado Computer Museum is publicly supported nonprofit corporation dedicated to the preservation of the history of information technology. Unlike most historical and interpretive institutions, the exhibits as much of thier collection as practicable in an interactive way. Link

Loveland Museum. Located in Downtown Loveland the museum/gallery is a 28,000 square feet of exhibits art workshops and demonstrations. Featured are historical exhibits of "Life on Main St", "Sweetheart Town", "Great Western Sugar" and others. Open six days a week at 5th and Lincoln. Link

Timberlane Farm Museum. Timberlane Farm is a working farm museum intending to preserve the 1860 to 1940 life style and farming techniques so familiar to many of us: West on 34 from I-25 to Denver Ave. South to 1st St. East on 1st turn right into driveway Link

Berthoud
 Little Thompson Valley Pioneer Museum. Also known as The Bimson Blacksmith Shop. Small museum located in downtown Berthoud. National Historic site. Link
 
Estes Park

Stanley Museum Lower Stanley Village in Estes Park Open year around and shows and tells the life of F.O. Stanley and this Stanley Steamer and the hotel. Link

 
Ft Collins

Avery House Museum. One of Ft. Collins best examples of it's history. A National Historic Place. Built in 1879. The house is a living museum. The owner and builder Franklin Avery is the man we have to thank for the wide streets as he was the towns first surveyor. Link

Discovery Science Center Museum. 703 E. Prospect Ft Collins. Colorado's only hands on science and technology center with 130 incredible interactive exhibits. Link

The Fort Collins Museum 200 Matthews St. Ft Collins. It's mission is to explore the legacies of the peoples and environments of the Cache La Poudre River Valley. Link

Michael Ricker Pewter Museum.. 107 N. College Ft Collins. Michael Ricker has created over 4000 pewter sculptures. Some are depictions of towns and major attractions and they are all in the museum  Link

 Museum Of Contemporary Art. Located in Old Town Ft Collins in the old Post Office building on College Ave and Oak St. plaza. The art museum's mission is to promote the creation and appreciation of contemporay art to the community. It has exhibitions, lectures and shows on a busy schedule. Link

 
Greeley Museums

Fort Vasquez Museum. Highway 85 south of the city of Platteville. Go back into history and visit an 1835 fur trading fort. This adobe fort and outpost employed such trappers as Baptiste Charbonneau and Jim Beckwourth both featured in the movie Centennial. The fort owners Louis Vasquez and Andrew Sublette were among the first settlers and permanent traders along the South Platte Basin. Link

Meeker Home Museum An 1870 two story adobe home of Greeley's founding family. Link
 Plum Farm Learning Center This Colorado Centennial Fram began as a tree farm in 1881. Buildings are hands on learning centers Link
Greeley History Museum. This museum occupies a beautiful 1929 building that formerly housed the Greeley Tribune Link

Windsor
Windsor Severence Historical Museum. In the old Windsor town hall now a National Historic Site.
